This is a great opportunity to work independently while being supported by a compassionate and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home support with daily living activities ADLs such as bathing dressing and grooming
Assist with mobility transfers and personal care
Support light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Run errands or assist with grocery shopping as needed
Monitor health conditions and document services provided
Build positive trusting relationships with the individuals you serve
Ensure a safe clean and supportive home environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent must be at least 18 years old
HHA or CNA certification
Previous caregiving experience is a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
Must pass a background check prior to hire
Compassionate reliable and strong communication skills
