Available Shifts:
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Saturday/Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Summary:
The Home Health Aide provides direct, in-home personal care and support to clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor
- Accurately document care provided using EVV/digital timekeeping system
- Follow client care plan as directed
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Qualifications:
- Current Nebraska HHA certification or CNA
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- CPR certification a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and punctual
