Home Health Aide (Part-Time, Short Shifts)

Join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services & provide compassionate care to seniors in their homes. We are seeking Direct Care Workers to fill part-time positions with flexible, short shifts of 2-3 hours throughout the city of Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care (as needed)
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients
• Provide companionship and support to seniors

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different situations
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (a plus)
• CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR certification (a plus)
