BIM Supportive Living is seeking dedicated care staff to provide defined, non-skilled care services under the supervision of the administrator. This role supports clients who are physically disabled, mentally alert, or mentally challenged, helping them live independently in their homes. We offer 24-hour care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, familiar environment, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Duties/Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with administration of medications and monitor for changes in condition
- Offer mobility support and assistance with personal hygiene
- Support feeding and basic nutrition routines
- Provide supervision and ensure client safety and well-being
- Observe, document, and report changes in client behavior, health, or environment
- Complete accurate daily notes and documentation as required by agency standards
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (e.g., tidying, laundry, basic cleaning)
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding, when necessary
- Maintain a safe and organized living environment
- Run occasional errands or assist with shopping as part of care plan
