the caregiver provides essential, personalized, and compassionate care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in their homes. The caregiver ensures clients’ comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting their independence wherever possible. Seeking part time up to full time employee to join our company. 

 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

 • Personal Care: 

 • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 

 • Provide mobility support, including transferring, repositioning, and walking assistance. 

 • Companionship: 

 • Engage clients in conversations, activities, and hobbies to improve emotional well-being. 

 • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social events as needed. 

 • Household Support: 

 • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up. 

 • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks following dietary guidelines. 

 • Health Monitoring: 

 • Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition. 

 • Assist with medication reminders, per the care plan. 

 • Documentation: 

 • Maintain accurate records of care provided, including activities, incidents, and observations. 

 • Follow reporting protocols for emergencies or concerns. 


 
Skills and Qualifications: 

 • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 

 • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field (preferred). 

 • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and assisting clients. 

 • Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. 

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

 • Ability to work independently and follow instructions. 

 • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). 

 • Driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable). 


 
Work Environment and Conditions: 

 • In-home care setting. 

 • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 

 • Exposure to varying health conditions of clients.
