We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety in their home environment. This position requires a caring individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care while respecting the dignity and privacy of those we serve.

SIGN-ON BONUS: $300 total
$150 after 90-days of employment
$150 after 6 months of employment

SCHEDULE:
Tuesday 9AM-2PM
Thursday 9AM-2PM
Friday 9AM-1PM



Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure clients receive nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for clients.
• Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings as required.

Skills:

• Experience or training in home health aide is required.
• Knowledge of long-term care systems and practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CPR and basic first aid techniques is essential.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
• Ability to lift patients safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life through dedicated care.
