We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (STNA) to provide per diem home visits throughout the Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, reliable, and passionate about helping individuals remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to patients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurseMaintain acc
