Day to day:

• You'll assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
• Companionship—engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities that enrich their days.
• Observe and report any changes in health or behavior, ensuring that patient care plans are always aligned with their needs.

Skills and qualifications.

• A Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates eager to learn.
• Compassion and reliability are critical, as you'll be working closely with seniors who count on your genuine desire to help.
• Strong communication skills are vital to effectively connect with both clients and their families, facilitating a supportive and trusting environment.
• Additionally, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, enabling you to travel to various locations and provide consistent support.
