The Amherst office for Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Full time Home Health Aid/ CNA with office skills!

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

As a Full-Time Home Health Aide (HHA) with Office Skills at Guardian Angel Senior Services, you will play a vital role by assisting with last-minute call-outs in the field while also supporting office staff with daily tasks.

This dynamic position requires an individual who is able to multitask effectively, ensuring that our senior clients receive the attentive care they need during unexpected situations. Your good communication skills will be essential when coordinating with both clients and staff, fostering a seamless flow of information. By demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic, you will contribute to our customer-centric approach, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA with home care experience
  • Valid Driver's license/reliable vehicle
  • Previous office/administrative experience (preferred)
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift between caregiving and office responsibilities
  • Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
