Home Health Aides, PCAs & Companions Nassau County

Alvita Care is seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to join our team! We have shifts available throughout the North Shore area of Nassau County, covering per-diem private duty, homecare, and facility bedside cases.

What You Need to Know:
* Must be a certified HHA or PCA to apply
* Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours
* Availability on both weekdays and weekends
* All shifts are per-diem, with both part-time and full-time schedule options available

Pay: $19.65–$22.00/hour

IMPORTANT: HHA/PCA pay rates differ from the Companion rate of $17/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Discreet and professional in all communications
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license a plus
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases
