Home Health Business Development Representative

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Business Development Representative to grow our referral base and build lasting relationships with the hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners who trust us with their patients. We hold a 4.5 star CMS rating, and our Business Development team gets to represent that reputation every day out in the field. Our team stays connected to OKC through programs like Meals on Wheels and our monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffees, so when you're out building referral relationships, you're representing a home health agency this community already knows and trusts.

Schedule

• Full time, primarily Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to manage your own territory and schedule
• Field-based role with regular time in the community meeting referral sources

What You'll Earn

• Base salary of $55,000 plus commission
• Uncapped earning potential as you grow your referral base

What You'll Do

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources across the Oklahoma City metro
• Represent Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City as the go-to home health provider for referral partners in your territory
• Track outreach, referral activity, and relationship progress
• Educate referral sources on our home health services and what sets our care apart
• Collaborate with our clinical team to make sure every referral turns into a smooth, well-supported patient admission
• Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities that build our referral pipeline

What We're Looking For

• Home health, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred
• An existing network of healthcare referral contacts in the Oklahoma City area is a strong plus
• A self-starter who's comfortable managing their own territory and schedule
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A results-driven mindset with the drive to grow a referral base and hit goals
