Aide Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients and their family members
Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
Help Clients with all personal care needs
Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized
Remind Client to take self-administered medications
Requirements
Aide Job Requirements:
CPR Certificate (preferred)
Current Physical and Immunizations
Work authorization
Driver's license
Pass background check
Team player with great communication skills
Must be able to deal effectively with the demands of a home health aide position.
Able to read, write, and carry out directions promptly and accurately.
Prior experience is a HUGE plus!

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
You must have a minimum of six months of paid senior care giving experience OR one of the following certifications: CNA, HHA
