Home Health Care - Visiting Registered Nurse (RN)

Las Vegas Home Health Care Inc. is a small, independently owned, Medicare-certified home health agency. We pride ourselves on maintaining high clinical standards and agility that larger organizations cannot match. We are currently seeking a skilled Visiting Registered Nurse to join our field team.

This is a direct patient care role meant for a nurse who thrives on independence in the field but wants a supportive, tight-knit clinical team backing them up.

What You Will Do: This is a mobile position involving daily travel to patients' homes throughout Las Vegas/Henderson. You act as the primary clinical point of contact for your patients.

Execute physician plans of care for patients recovering from illness or managing chronic disease.

Perform skilled interventions including complex wound care, infusion therapy, and medication management.

Accurately complete OASIS data collection at required time points.

Coordinate directly with our Clinical Director and therapy teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Nevada.

1+ years of RN experience (Home Health experience a plus, but we will train motivated hospital nurses).

Must have reliable transportation: A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are essential for this visiting role.

Strong self-discipline and organization skills to manage a daily route independently.
