The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Must be okay with a 3-6 month contract ( permanent possibility) 

• Covid not required 

• Home visitation 

• Driver's license, reliable vehicle (okay if they rely on public transportation) 

• 1 year of caregiver experience with the elderly 

What you will be doing:

• Provide personal care and escort assistance based on each patient’s individualized care plan, including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, peri-care, housekeeping, meal preparation/feeding, laundry, and related tasks.

• Observe and report changes in a patient’s condition to the team to support coordinated and effective care.

• Demonstrate safe practices by using proper body mechanics, following universal precautions, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Interact with patients, families, and the team in a positive, professional, and supportive manner; encourage engagement in conversations and activities.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Option 1: Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week)
For candidates seeking full-time hours, they must be available 6 days per week and must remain open to working overtime as needed. The typical schedule is:
• Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00/12:00 noon
• Break: 2–3-hour break between morning and afternoon shifts
• Afternoon/evening shift: 2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Option 2: Reduced Schedule (Approximately 32–34 hours/week)
Ideal for contingent workers only available 5 days per week, we can offer approximately 32–34 hours weekly. Requirements include:
• Must work at least one weekend day
• Must remain open to working overtime as needed
• Daily schedule mirrors the full-time caregiver schedule above

Option 3: Four-Hour CG Block Schedule (Approximately 20–28 hours/week)
If filling shorter Caregiver blocks is easier for your team, the following four-hour shift options are available Monday–Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.:

• 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

(or)

• 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
