We are looking for a per diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with recent Home Health experience to visit patients in their homes in the Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Mennifee and Hemet areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patient's condition under a OT during every visit and chart observations
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs
- Follow prescribed treatments, following plan of care and assess progress of healing
- Provide appropriate timely feedback to Occupational Therapist and other professionals
- Charting and documenting on EMR system.
