We are looking for a fantastic RN candidate to work a Home Health Clinical Supervisor role in beautiful Northridge, California!

The Clinical Supervisor provides direct oversight and coordination of patient care delivery within the home health setting. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory and agency standards. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a key operational and clinical resource to support patient outcomes, staff performance, and day-to-day workflow execution. This is a contract position with a great opportunity to be temp-to-perm.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with current licensure in California
  • Home Health experience and leadership experience required, leadership experience in home health is highly preferred
  • Oasis experience and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct oversight and coordination of patient care delivery within the home health setting
  • Responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
  • Utilizes the EMR to plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care services
  • Ensures clinical documentation is reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, and provides guidance to clinicians as needed to support compliance with agency standards
  • Supervises field clinicians to ensure adherence to professional standards or practice
