We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the community.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Home health or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Provide in-home patient assessments and skilled nursing visits
