    About the Role:
    We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Home Health Aides who are passionate about delivering personal, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll be more than a caregiver—you’ll be a trusted companion, a source of comfort, and a vital part of your patient’s healthcare journey.Key Responsibilities:Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, etc.Light housekeeping and meal preparationMonitor and document patient conditions and progressCommunicate updates to the care team and supervisorsProvide emotional support and companionshipHelp patients stay active with simple exercises or activitiesAdminister medications (as permitted under scope)
    What You Bring:Graduate of an accredited CNA or Home Health Aide programHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting preferredCurrent CPR certificationValid driver’s license and reliable transportationA caring heart, positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference
