Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, full time
Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm
Every 3 rd Saturday rotation
You will work at UW Health Charles St. Clinic 2550 Charles St
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/College. Required
BSN. Preferred
Work Experience
At least one year professional nurse experience within the last five years in an acute care setting. Required
One year of experience in home care and hospital discharge planning. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Valid RN license. Required
Valid State driver's license. Required
