Pride Health is hiring a Home Health LVN/LPN to support our client's healthcare facility in Arlington, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: $34-$36/hr
Hours: 8 hours/day | 5 days/week
On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes | On-call coverage is divided among all LVNs, approximately 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days.
Coverage Area: Arlington service area
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
Duties:
• Provide skilled LVN visits to patients throughout the Arlington service area.
• Perform skilled nursing services including wound VAC care, PICC line care, PleurX care, wound care, and other home health clinical services.
• Participate in required on-call coverage, including approximately 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days as assigned.
• Travel between patient visits throughout the Arlington service area.
Requirements:
• License(s): Active LVN/LPN License.
• Years of Experience: 1+
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB, wound VAC, PICC line, PleurX, wound care, skilled nursing visits, and strong clinical documentation skills.
