Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable hospice organization in Richardson, Texas, that is family owned. They are committed to providing quality care to patients in the comfort of their home.

Our client is offering the following benefits:

• Annual Salary: $60,000-$75,000 Based on
• Health Insurance
• I Pad
• Monthly Vehicle Stipend
• Company Vehicle After 90 Days
• PTO- 21 Days Including Holidays
• Retirement Package: 401(k) Match After First Year

Responsibilities:

• Travel to SNF, Assisted Living and Home
• Under Direction of The RN, Assist in Identifying Patients Physical, Psycho Social and Environmental Needs.
• Provides Services Ordered by Physician
• Participates in Training
• Demonstrates Commitment and Professional Growth
• Case Load 40 to 50 Patients Per Week

Requirements:

• Registered in the State of Texas
• 1 Year of Home Health Experience-Preferred
• Oasis
• Familiarity with EMR systems -Preferred
• Coverage Area – Allen, Plano, Wylie, Garland, McKinney, Richardson, Rowlett and Sachse

Location:

Suburb of Dallas, the city is home of The University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor.
