An expanding home health organization is seeking a motivated Healthcare Account Executive to help drive referral development and census growth throughout Martin County and nearby communities. This role is focused on building long-term referral relationships, strengthening market presence, and supporting continued growth across the territory.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-driven, and experienced in developing relationships within the healthcare community. This is a highly visible field-based role with strong autonomy and growth potential.

This organization delivers skilled home health and private duty services to patients across the Treasure Coast. The clinical team works closely with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, and community providers to ensure patients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab facilities, SNFs, ALFs, and case managers
Generate new home health referrals and admissions through territory management and ongoing outreach
Create and execute strategic plans to increase referral activity throughout Martin County
Conduct regular in-person visits, networking meetings, and community outreach efforts
Partner with discharge planners and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions into home care services
Educate referral partners on available programs, clinical services, and patient qualification criteria
Attend healthcare events, networking functions, and community meetings
Maintain accurate tracking of referral sources, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics
Work collaboratively with intake, operations, and clinical leadership teams
Ensure all business development activities remain compliant with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
1 3+ years of home health or healthcare business development experience required
Demonstrated success generating referrals and growing territory volume
Existing referral relationships within Martin County or the Treasure Coast preferred
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and skilled home health services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Organized with strong follow-up and territory management skills
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $70,000 $90,000 based on experience
