Summary
Home Health Marketer develops referral relationships throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties to increase awareness of Care Essentials home health services. This position educates referral sources, strengthens community partnerships, and helps ensure timely, appropriate patient transitions into home health services.Come join our team and help us grow! Care Essentials Home Health takes pride in taking care of our staff, as a small agency growing in the Inland Empire we are looking to add a marketer to our team to help manage our community referral sources.
Responsibilities

- Wound Clinics

- Accountable Care Organizations
- Independent Practice Association
Qualifications
- 2+ years home health marketing
- Medicare home health experience
- Existing Inland Empire relationships preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
