We are seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered support in the Pahrump area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess patients’ psychosocial needs and develop care plans
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families
• Assist with discharge planning and community resource coordination
• Advocate for patient needs with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on available services and support systems
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Current state licensure (as required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of community resources and care coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
