What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care, including advanced seizure response and proactive behavioral interventions.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
- Educate and empower family members and support staff in best-practice care techniques.
- Serve as a clinical advocate and expert within the client’s home, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
