Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services in the home setting
- Implement and support individualized treatment plans established by the supervising therapist
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, home modifications, and functional techniques
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active California OTA license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid California driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Current physical exam and TB test
- Professional liability insurance
- Business license
