We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the Pahrump area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients’ functional status and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
• Assess home environments and recommend modifications for safety and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current Nevada OT license 
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
