Healing Hands Home Therapy is a therapist owned home health company based in Los Angeles. We are seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping patients maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plan
• Address deficits related to ADLs, IADLs, safety, cognition, and upper extremity function
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and compensatory strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• License to practice in the state of California
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• CPR Certified
• Current Physical Health Exam and TB Test
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Business License
