Position Overview:As a PRN Data Entry Specialist at Millennium Home Care, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Key Responsibilities:•• Data Input: Accurately input patient information, including demographic data, medical history, and treatment plans, into our electronic health records system.•• Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity.•• Data Cleaning: Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.•• File Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and electronic patient files.•• Document Scanning: Scan and index patient documents, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.•• Report Generation: Assist in generating reports as needed, such as patient demographics or treatment summaries.•• Compliance Adherence: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.• Job Conditions: This position involves managing deadlines and a high volume of telephone communication. While primarily sedentary, some standing, walking, and minimal lifting may be required. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Compensation Range:

$16.20

to

$24.30

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
