This is not an all inclusive list of our service area.* Northern: Northbrook, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Bloomingdale, Schaumburg, Des Plaines North West: Wheaton, Lombard, West Chicago, Warrenville, Aurora, Batavia North East: Glenview, Evanston, Norridge, Oak Park, Bellwood, Cicero Southern: Southern Suburbs, East Chicago, Chicago (South), The Loop, Cicero Baylor Home Health Physical Therapist Overview: Baylor Program opportunities is for those able to dedicate EVERY OTHER Saturday and Sunday Main focus will be Starts of Care (SOCs) Bonus pay of $50 per completed SOC visit Mileage is paid door-to-door
