Competitive Pay Rates:
- Start of Care Visit: $75/visit
- Resumption of Care/Discharge: $65/visit
- Regular Skilled Visit: $50/visit
- Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour
- Private Duty Nursing (PDN): $40/hour
- Orientation/Training/Meetings: $20/hour
Pediatric Focused RN Role:
We are seeking Registered Nurses with pediatric experience to provide care in a home setting. Whether it’s short-term skilled visits or long-term private duty shifts, you’ll be supporting families and improving the quality of life for young patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
- Educate patients’ families on treatment and health maintenance
- Document care accurately and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to optimize care
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Pediatric and home health experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
