one exceptional PTA to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.
Areas Covered:
Suffolk — Boston (covering Brighton, Dorchester, Dorchester Center, Grove Hill, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Mission Hill, Readville, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, Uphams Corner, West Roxbury)
Middlesex — Cambridge, East Arlington, Lincoln, Newton, Somerville, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Weston
Norfolk — Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Milton, Needham, Quincy, Wellesley
Why Boost?- True Flexibility: No quotas. Tell us your availability; we match the visits.
- Direct Access: Work directly with the PT and Director of Nursing, not layers of management.
- Transparent Pay: Published per-visit rates ($45–$55) plus travel reimbursement.
- Clinical Integrity: Solid infrastructure with a small-team, "ground floor" feel.
What you’ll be doing:- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in the patient's home as delegated by and under the supervision of the supervising Physical Therapist and plan of care

- Complete visit documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and agency policies
- Communicate patient progress, changes in status, and any clinical concerns to the supervising PT promptly
- Participate in care coordination with the clinical team and patient's physician as needed
What we’re looking for:- Active Massachusetts PTA license in good standing

- Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Available for at least 2–4 visits per week (flexible on timing)
