We are currently seeking multiple compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing Home Health team.
Coverage Area- Daily travel to patients homes in and around Plymouth, MN, with coverage across western Minneapolis suburbs.
Qualifications
Bachelor s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
CPR certification required
Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation and patient mobility improvement
Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred
Knowledge of home care practices and treatment planning for in-home rehabilitation
