Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist.
Travel Territory: Monroe and Northampton counties
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Full-time, Contract
- 40 hours guaranteed weekly
- No weekends or holidays required
- Competitive pay plus IRS mileage reimbursement
- Local hourly rates or up to $2,500 weekly gross Travel packages.
Requires minimum of 1 year recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
