Your Role:
Deliver skilled PTA services in patients’ homes under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and function
Carry out customized treatment plans
Educate patients & caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety
Collaborate with a supportive care team to achieve positive patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
Florida PTA license
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication & documentation skills
Home health experience is a plus
