What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the plan of care

Qualifications

• Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure before your first day
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Current BLS certification
