BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (1099 Independent Contractor) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the DFW area. IMPORTANT: 1099 CONTRACT POSITION


This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position. PRN visits are offered based on patient needs and your availability.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with the Director of Nursing
• Maintain a flexible schedule and arrive punctually for appointments
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)


WHAT YOU BRING


• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license
• At least 1 year of PT experience; home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
