Home Health Recruiter - Remote in Indiana only

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to support the growth of our home health team through full-cycle recruiting. In this role, you will identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates alike. MUST be able to attend Career Fairs in the state of Indiana. 

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for home health positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical home health roles
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support a smooth and timely hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function
• Prior experience recruiting for healthcare or home health roles is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and selection
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually

Fully Remote based in Bedford, Indiana. MUST be able to attend Career Fairs in the state of Indiana.
