(Onsite/Full-Time Position with Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Structure)

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
• NOT remote. In office required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting
• Caregiver recruiting required
• Home Care/Home Health recruiting highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Social Media Recruitment experience
• Experience attending events
