Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Home Health Registered Nurse** for our client in **Centralia, WA** !
**Type:** 2-month contract, with potential for extension
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
**Pay:** $53 to $55/hr
**Location:** Coverage area: Lewis County
· Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
**Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse:**
· The contract RN provides skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care, ensuring high quality, patient centered care in the home setting.
· This role is responsible for completing ongoing assessments, and clinical documentation while coordinating care with the clinical team.
· Case manage patients, complete IDG notes, recerts, and discharges
**Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:**
+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
+ Must have hospice experience
· Must have home health experience using HCHB
