Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) PRN

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing home health team. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients, working independently, and delivering high-quality care in the home setting, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with BrightStar team and external healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Home health, hospice, acute care, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service area
- A commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
Compensation
Competitive pay based on visit type and experience.
Typical rates include:
- Start of Care (SOC): $75/visit
- Resumption of Care / Discharge: $65/visit
- Skilled Nursing Visit: $50/visit
- Infusion Visits: $90 for first 2 hours, then $40/hr after
- Private Duty Nursing: $40/hour
- Orientation / Training / Meetings: $20/hour
