Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in the Newton, Needham, Brookline, Brighton and Allston MA area.
4 days, 32 hours/week
No weekend, on-call, holidays required!

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
***Requires minimum 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****
