About the Role: Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as a Home Health RN Clinical Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional home health services. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Manage and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Conduct regular patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of clinical activities.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or clinical management.

Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
