Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health / Hospice

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health/Hospice team. This role provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting across multiple counties, with a stable weekday schedule and no on-call or weekend requirements.

Schedule & Compensation Details:
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Productivity Expectations: 30 points weekly
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — reimbursed between patient visits (from first patient to last patient) 
Pay Rate: $47 - $49.50/hr

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Complete and document OASIS assessments and visits
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities consistent with the standards of a Registered Nurse in the Home Health/Hospice setting
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and care plans
  • Monitor patient condition, document changes, and communicate findings to the care team
  • Administer medications and treatments 
  • Provide skilled nursing care including wound care 

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MS
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area
  • Demonstrated clinical competency to perform home health nursing duties
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Home Health (HH) experience
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
