    • Responsibilities:•• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management.•• Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, including medication administration, wound care, and disease management.•• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques to promote independence and improve health outcomes.•• Clinical Interventions: Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.•• Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.•• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.•• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.• Requirements:•• Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.•• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hospital or skilled nursing facility is required.•• Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.•• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.•• Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.• Benefits:•• Competitive Pay•• Flexible Scheduling•• 401(k) Plan with Employer Match•• Professional Development Opportunities•• Supportive Work Environment• Join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of our patients.
