Coverage Areas: Colbert, Lauderdale, and Lawrence Counties

Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 40

On-Call/Weekend Rotation: Every 2 weekends, depending on staffing

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between first and last patient visit

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN with strong clinical judgment and a passion for patient-centered care. This role provides consistent daytime scheduling and a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, offering stability while serving patients across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities

• RN patient care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients.
• OASIS data collection: Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments to support care planning and compliance.
• Patient education: Teach patients and caregivers essential skills for managing conditions safely at home.
• Clinical skills performance: Execute required nursing procedures with precision and professionalism.

 Required Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of Alabama
• Home Health RN experience
• HCHB proficiency (Homecare Homebase)

 Preferred Skills

• Multi-skill clinical knowledge that enhances adaptability and patient outcomes.

 Dress Code

• Navy scrubs
