Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with healthcare staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain and update scheduling records in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referral sources
- Respond to scheduling changes and urgent needs professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards
- Support overall care coordination and service delivery
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Nursing background (LVN/LPN) preferred but not mandatory
- 1+ year experience in scheduling, healthcare coordination, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and multitasking ability
