What You’ll Need

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington State SLP license
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Be a licensed driver with a reliable and insurance vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Provide skilled, evidence-based therapy in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Document effectively and contribute to the overall Plan of Care
• Participate in and contribute to Interdisciplinary Group meetings
