TB Statement: This position involves direct patient interaction and is part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will need to undergo TB screening.
Driving Statement: This role is included in our driver safety program, requiring a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance. You must maintain vehicle insurance that meets or exceeds your state's minimum requirements, or at least $25,000 for bodily injury per person, $25,000 for bodily injury per event, and $10,000 for property damage, whichever is higher.
