Facility: BayCare HomeCare Location: Sarasota, FL Status: Full-time Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Home visits in assigned service area: Sarasota, FL

Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and developing a plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology
• Conducting home visits and providing services based on the plan of care
• Working in conjunction with other disciplines such as RNs, LPNs, therapy, etc.

Requirements:

• Education: Masters degree in Speech Therapy, Speech Pathology
• Licensures: Florida Drivers License within 30 days of hire, Speech Therapy and BLS
• Experience: 1 year of healthcare experience related to Speech Therapy
• Preferred: 1 year of Home Care experience
